These terms govern the relationship between you and Bahrawi Automotive Company when using the website or app, or requesting any service.
BAHRAWI provides a service for managing and coordinating vehicle works, including pickup, transport, inspection, execution follow-up, quality control and delivery. Technical works are carried out inside partner service centers to approved standards under the supervision of the BAHRAWI team.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide about yourself and your vehicle, and for protecting your login credentials. Any order created from your account is deemed issued by you unless you notify us otherwise.
No technical work begins before your digital approval of the quotation. Any item arising during execution is sent to you in an additional quotation, and work stops at that item until you approve.
Prices are shown in Saudi riyals and cover the works and parts stated in the quotation, with VAT itemised where applicable. Parts prices may vary by availability and source; your service advisor informs you of any difference before execution.
The vehicle must be legally loadable and cleared of personal belongings before pickup. Its condition is photographed at pickup and at handover, and this documentation is the reference for any subsequent observation.
BAHRAWI commits to due care in managing, following up and quality-checking the order. BAHRAWI is not liable for pre-existing faults not covered by the approved quotation, or for delays beyond its control such as parts unavailability or force majeure; the team informs you of any delay immediately.
You may cancel or amend the order free of charge before the transport team is dispatched. Once the flatbed has been dispatched or the vehicle moved, only the actual transport cost applies. If the quotation was approved and execution began or parts were ordered, completed work and parts that cannot be returned are charged. Your service advisor informs you of the amount due before completing the cancellation.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes are heard by the legally competent authorities. For how your data is processed, see the Privacy Policy and Customer Rights.
