Delete your account and data

You can ask for your Bahrawi account to be deleted at any time. This page explains how, what is deleted, and what we keep and why.

The quickest way: inside the app

1. Open the Bahrawi app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Choose Privacy and controls.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

An account cannot be deleted while a service request is open or an amount is outstanding. Finish the request or contact us first.

If you cannot reach the app

Write to us from the address on your account, or call, quoting the mobile number the account uses. We verify who you are and complete the deletion within thirty days at the latest, usually within days.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Your name, mobile number and email.
• Your registered cars and the photographs you uploaded.
• Your preferences and notifications.

What we keep, and why

• Invoices and payment records: Saudi tax and accounting rules require us to keep these for at least six years.
• Records of work carried out on a car: these belong to the car, may be needed by its next owner, and are separated from your identity.
